Bail Premium Refund Policy: At the payers request to Signature Bail Bonds, we will refund online bail bond payment/premium paid only prior to execution of an appearance bond. If services have been rendered, no refunds will be given for any reason. In the event that we are unable to execute any or all bonds for the defendant, we will issue a prompt refund of premium paid for any bonds we are unable to execute.
